Transférez votre clé Windows 10 ou 11 Retail vers un nouvel ordinateur en 10 minutes — désactivez l'ancien PC, liez au compte Microsoft, réactivez sur le nouveau matériel.

Étape 1 — Confirmer que vous disposez d'une licence Retail
Ouvrez l'invite de commandes en tant qu'administrateur sur l'ancien PC et exécutez : slmgr /dli. Repérez le canal : RETAIL signifie transférable, OEM signifie lié à la carte mère d'origine.
Si vous avez acheté votre clé Windows sur LicenseVault, elle est Retail — toutes nos clés le sont.
Étape 2 — Lier l'ancien PC à un compte Microsoft
Accédez à Paramètres → Comptes → Vos informations → Se connecter avec un compte Microsoft à la place. Cela lie la licence numérique à votre compte pour que les serveurs de Microsoft reconnaissent le transfert.
Étape 3 — Désactiver l'ancien PC
Exécutez slmgr /upk pour désinstaller la clé produit, puis slmgr /cpky pour la supprimer du registre. L'ancien PC reviendra à un état Windows non activé — il continue de fonctionner, mais avec un filigrane et la personnalisation désactivée.
Étape 4 — Installer Windows sur le nouveau PC
Téléchargez l'outil de création de médias depuis microsoft.com/software-download, créez un support USB d'installation, installez Windows. Quand la clé est demandée, cliquez sur « Je n'ai pas de clé de produit » pour installer d'abord et activer ensuite.
Se connecter avec le même compte Microsoft
Lors de l'OOBE, utilisez le compte qui était lié à l'ancien PC. La licence numérique suit le compte.
Ouvrir le résolveur de problèmes d'activation
Paramètres → Système → Activation → Résoudre les problèmes → « J'ai récemment modifié le matériel de cet appareil ».
Sélectionner l'ancien PC et cliquer sur Activer
Le résolveur affiche les appareils liés à votre compte. Choisissez l'ancien, confirmez qu'il s'agit de l'appareil que vous remplacez et Windows s'active immédiatement.
Si l'activation échoue
La plupart des échecs se résolvent en saisissant manuellement la clé produit d'origine dans Paramètres → Activation → Modifier la clé de produit. Si cela échoue toujours avec l'erreur 0x803F7001, contactez LicenseVault — chaque clé que nous vendons bénéficie d'un remplacement à vie.
