Office 2016, 2019, 2021 et Microsoft 365 peuvent créer des conflits d'activation lors de l'installation d'Office 2024. Voici la procédure de désinstallation propre qui fonctionne toujours.

Pourquoi une désinstallation propre est importante
Office laisse derrière lui des jetons d'activation, des clés de registre, des paramètres du streamer Click-to-Run et des composants MSI partagés. Installer Office 2024 par-dessus une suppression incomplète produit souvent l'erreur 0x426-0 ou « Une autre version est en cours d'installation » — et Office devient difficile à réparer.
La procédure propre prend 10 minutes supplémentaires et évite des heures de dépannage.
Étape 1 — Désinstallation via l'interface graphique
Paramètres → Applications → Applications installées. Repérez toute entrée « Microsoft Office », « Microsoft 365 Apps » ou « Office 16/19/21 » et désinstallez. Redémarrez.
Étape 2 — Exécuter l'outil de suppression Office de SaRA
Téléchargez l'assistant de support et de récupération Microsoft depuis microsoft.com/sara. Choisissez « Office et applications Office » → « Office est installé mais j'ai des difficultés à le désinstaller » → lancez l'outil. Il supprime les restes du registre, les résidus Click-to-Run et les jetons d'activation.
Redémarrez après SaRA
Ne sautez pas le redémarrage — les opérations de fichiers en attente doivent être vidées.
Installez Office 2024
Utilisez le programme d'installation de votre e-mail de commande ou l'outil de déploiement Office (voir notre guide ODT).
Activez avec votre clé produit
Ouvrez n'importe quelle application Office → Connexion ou saisie de la clé produit. L'activation se termine en quelques secondes.
Conservez vos paramètres
Les documents utilisateur dans Documents/, OneDrive/, Bureau/ ne sont pas touchés par une désinstallation d'Office. Les fichiers PST/OST d'Outlook dans %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook sont également préservés — Office 2024 les rattachera au premier lancement.

- Vais-je perdre mes e-mails Outlook ?
- Non. Les fichiers de données Outlook (.pst/.ost) survivent à la désinstallation. Si vous utilisez Exchange ou M365, les e-mails sont de toute façon sur le serveur.
