Open de opdrachtprompt als beheerder en voer het volgende uit: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get OA3xOriginalProductKey. Dit haalt de sleutel op die Microsoft in de fabriek in uw BIOS heeft gebrand. Dit werkt op elke kant-en-klare pc die met Windows is geleverd.

Retail-sleutels worden na activering normaal gesproken niet op de pc opgeslagen. De digitale licentie bevindt zich op de servers van Microsoft. Uw eigenlijke 'back-up' is het Microsoft-account waarmee u hebt geactiveerd.

Sla de sleutel veilig op
