Guía paso a paso para activar Windows 11 con una clave de producto de venta al público — instalación nueva, actualización desde Windows 10 y solución de problemas.

Antes de empezar
Necesitará: la clave de producto de 25 caracteres (xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx), una conexión a internet y 5 minutos.
Si está actualizando desde una licencia genuina de Windows 10, puede que no necesite una nueva clave — Windows 11 hereda la activación de Windows 10 automáticamente.
Paso 1 — Abrir la Configuración de activación
Pulse Win + I para abrir Configuración. Vaya a Sistema → Activación. Verá el estado actual — normalmente «Windows no está activado» hasta que introduzca una clave.
Paso 2 — Cambiar la clave de producto
Haga clic en «Cambiar clave de producto», introduzca la clave de 25 caracteres en el formato que muestra Microsoft, haga clic en Siguiente y luego en Activar.
Windows contacta con los servidores de activación de Microsoft y confirma en cuestión de segundos. La página de activación debería cambiar a «Windows está activado con una licencia digital».
Paso 3 — Vincular a su cuenta Microsoft
Una vez activado, inicie sesión en una cuenta Microsoft (Configuración → Cuentas → Su información). Esto vincula la licencia digital a su cuenta, de modo que pueda reactivar en el mismo PC después de una instalación limpia o tras cambios de hardware.
Solución de problemas
Error 0xC004C003 (Clave no válida): verifique la clave — tiene 25 caracteres sin espacios adicionales. Abra el correo electrónico exactamente como se lo enviamos.
Error 0x80072EE7 / 0x8007232B: no se pueden alcanzar los servidores de activación. Revise su configuración de DNS o VPN; la activación necesita una ruta limpia hacia Microsoft.
Error 0xC004F050 (Clave bloqueada): poco frecuente con claves de venta al público. Envíenos su número de pedido por correo electrónico y la reemplazaremos en menos de una hora.
